Welcome to the Hen House which is in the lovely Minster town of Southwell near Newark and a few miles from Nottingham.

The shop is full of tempting items to inspire you with gorgeous fabrics from Vanessa Arbuthnott, Kate Forman and Susie Watson designs.  A range of classic,elegant shapes and designs in bone china from Caroline Zoob to enrich your  home.  There's much more too with cosy warm throws, gorgeous quilts and accessories from Greengate and Susie Watson,  log baskets and willow items and beautiful French scented soaps, room scents etc.  and plenty more.  We also stock Farrow and Ball paints and wallpapers and keep a large stock within the shop.

Our on-line store has a wide range of unique products for your home and garden so we hope you enjoy browsing the website and choosing something special.   We also have in stock antique/vintage  chairs upholstered in our great fabrics which  although are not for sale on-line, are available directly from the Hen House. 

Our opening times are Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 9.30am to 5pm.
