Shipping and Handling

Our shipping costs depend on the size and quantity of items purchased. This applies once to all orders. If any items are out of stock at the time of order there will be no additional fee for posting them on at a later date.

Free shipping is provided on all orders over £200.

For clients who are local to Southwell, there is also the option to collect your goods from the shop, to avoid any shipping costs. Your items wil be pre-packaged and ready for collection.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver you goods as soon as possible. Your order will normally be sent within 7 working days within the UK. Please allow 14 days for internatioal orders.

Backorders

If your item is not in stock,we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order should you wish not to wait.

Guarantee

We want you tobe pleased with your order. All our products come with a 30-day no quibble guarantee.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your order, for any reason, simply return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The goods must be in their original condition. Returns may either be made by post (at the buyers expense) or in person to our shop in Southwell. We regret that postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty. We advise that you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office which is free of charge.
